Vinification:
Manual harvest, sorted, stemming, and vinified in stainless still vat with temp control.
The maceration lasts for 4-5 weeks with regular punching down
Aging:
12 months in new oak barrels.
Tasting:
This garnet-red wine deserves to be discovered after decanting. A complex and open nose, floral and black fruit aromas mingled with spicy notes of garrigue, which makes it really pleasure, fine and elegant. On the palate, medium to full bodied, matured and elegant tannins. Great value comparing with its price.
